Each morning, tropical fruit, coffee and a hearty, made-to order breakfast await you at the rectangular table in the dining room. After breakfast you’ll take a short walk down to the beach to step aboard one of Shane’s 33-foot, center console World Cats for a full day on the water. With lunch, drinks and all necessary tackle on board, your captain and mate will venture out each fishing day from our private island lodge to excellent inshore fishing right at our doorstep. In addition, we are the closest land-based Panama Fishing Lodge to the marlin and tuna action at the famed Hannibal Bank and Isla Montuosa!

What is to unfold over the next 10 hours could well be the best day of fishing you’ll ever experience. This claim is not the “blind luck, anything could happen” type thing that many fishing lodges offer. This place and the team you are fishing with are in the business of making dreams come true. The waters here are the yearlong home to black marlin, yellowfin tuna, roosterfish, cubera snapper, and a variety of more than 20 other prized game fish. All of the great Panama fishing spots here in the Gulf of Chiriqui. Hannibal Bank, Isla Coiba, Isla Montuosa, Isla Jicaron, Isla Jicarita, Isla Secas, and Isla Ladrones are all very close to our island lodge. The choice is yours…fish inshore near our lodge or venture out to any of the many excellent offshore fishing spots here in the Gulf of Chiriqui!  Few places in the world offer this much tackle-busting action from one location.

While staying with us at our Panama fishing lodge, food and beverage is all inclusive, including all gourmet appetizers and premium liquors. Our chef Eduardo prepares customized “over-the-top” dishes for your culinary delight using the best ingredients from local markets and the freshest, just-caught seafood. No expense is spared to source local fish, lobster, shrimp, and conch, along with our butcher’s freshest cuts of chicken, pork, and meat.

Sport Fish Panama Island Lodge is a boutique offshore tropical island sport fishing lodge located on Isla Parida in the Gulf of Chiriqui, Panama. Fly into the city of David, in the Chiriqui Providence, travel by boat 12 miles off the Pacific coastline and you will find Isla Parida….an untouched jungle paradise that is a protected national park. Our private island lodge is inside Panama’s Gulf of Chiriqui National Marine Park and is truly “off the grid.”

The lodge is completely off-the-grid on a remote tropical island and is an ideal option for fishing enthusiasts. The lodge offers two 3-bedroom guest houses and one 2-bedroom guest house. All of the accommodations feature air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi access, and spectacular ocean views. During their stay, guests can enjoy delicious meals prepared daily. Fishing is the main activity for guests of the lodge, however, there are other activities such as snorkelling and kayaking.
